SURVIVAL GUIDE
To survive in ancient Egypt there are a few things you will need to know including rules, religions, basic necessitates and of course punishments.
ancient Egypt's law was based on common right and wrong, the punishment may have been a bit extreme in some cases but it meant less people would break the law.
One of the most common laws was tomb robbery, if you robbed a tomb the punishment could be death or being a slave for the rest of your life. Another law was no stealing precious jewels as this were very expensive and only the richest had enough to own these jewels, if you were poor and owned a jewel even if you had somehow made the money for it you would be sent to jail as they would think there was a theft. Basic respect is a necessity in ancient Egypt if you are found disrespecting others, you will be in serious trouble.

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR SURVIVING
Jess
CLOTHING:
when you travel to Egypt you need to bring clothes that will show richer and have higher priority over others otherwise you will be considered a lower class and your experience won't be as great as it could be. the richer Egyptians made their clothes out of fine transperent linen, woman wore long dresses that had one or two straps over their shoulders while men wore skirts of linen that were wraped around their waists, so that would be the best place to start.
JEWELLERY:
another way to look rich was to wear jewellery like bangles, necklaces, and head pieces the more the better.
MAKEUP:
both men and woman wore makeup in Egyptian times they used black kohl eyeliner to line their eyes and darken their eye lashes and eye brows. They coloured their eye lids with blue or green eye shadow made from powdered minerals. Henna dye was used to colour their lips but you can just use modern makeup just a lot more.
