Religion
There are many types of religion and beliefs in this civilisation. Many deities (the god's/goddess) were worshipped in Pompeii, however the major deity for the town of Pompeii was Venus. She was worshipped over other deities as she was born from the sea. The sea had a major importance for Pompeii as this was where most of their trade came from. to worship her, villagers would need to give small sacrifices to the sea such as lamb or valuables of their own. But each person had their own preference of deity, so be careful not to worship one god too much

Special dates that were celebrated for non-religious reasons were a Roman basilica, built ca 130-120 BC, and an amphitheater built circa 80 BC. Pompeii contained several temples; the streets included hotels and eating places and gardens within the city walls. Those celebrations would be wonderful to vista, so it is recommended to go during that time. Another recommendation would be to avoid the time when the German Barbarian war is on
